Katarzyna Kieszkowska
I believe that true success is measured not only by results, but also by the impact we have on the lives of others.
For more than 30 years, I built and led LANG LTC, one of the most respected education brands in Poland. I am an entrepreneur, business leader, linguist and educator with expertise in lifelong learning and educational design. My business experience spans strategic leadership, operational management and financial oversight, including complex projects and partnerships with major corporations and government institutions.
My experience in the non-profit sector includes serving on the boards of two associations. Today, as founder and president of the Open Future Institute Foundation, I bring together experience in business, education and the non-profit sector. My strengths lie in creating a vision, translating it into action and building lasting projects and partnerships.
Over the years, I have supported educational and social initiatives that develop skills, promote equal opportunities and strengthen local communities.
Today, I focus my energy on developing OFI, because I believe the best projects inspire people and make a lasting, positive difference.

For over 30 years, I have developed social programmes, educational campaigns and corporate social responsibility initiatives that empower people and strengthen communities.
My experience spans the non-profit sector, business and public administration, bringing partners together to create lasting change.
I have led nationwide projects supporting women, children, young people and families—from helping women regain independence to promoting digital wellbeing and creating welcoming spaces in hospitals.
Today, as Director General of the Open Future Institute Foundation, I turn that experience into projects that help people regain confidence, recognise their potential and take action.
